We all know vacations don't come often enough and never last long enough. To help you enjoy every moment of your precious vacation getaway, we request that you take a few moments and read the following guidelines which have been set by the Board of Directors and strictly enforced by The Myrtle Beach Resort.

Parking: Vehicles shall be parked only in paved areas. Boats and Trailers are not permitted on Association property. Motorcycles and recreational vehicles shall be parked in the designated area only. Parking passes must be displayed at all times. Observe all speed limits and "No Parking" signs. Violators could be fined and their cars towed away at their expense.

Visitors: Should you have guests wishing to visit during your stay, a guest pass must be reserved at the front security gate by calling ext. 1000. Please inform your guests that there will be a $5.00 charge for the pass. Reserve your guest pass by calling the front security gate before 10:00pm. You will be held responsible for your guests and their actions on the premises.

Annoyances: Loud noise from televisions, stereos, musical instruments, talking should be kept at a minimum at all times, and special consideration should be taken between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am.

Parties: House parties are strictly prohibited!

Underage Drinking: Persons under the age of 21 found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages or intoxication, will be prosecuted (along with their guardians) to the fullest extent under the South Carolina State Law.

Pets: No animals or family pets of any kind shall be kept in any unit or on Association property.

Balconies: Articles of clothing, linen, towels, etc. shall not be hung from the balconies, window sills, or draped across the balcony furniture. Anyone caught throwing any objects from the balconies may be evicted and/or prosecuted. You will be held liable for any injuries or damage incurred.

Grills: Outdoor cooking is permitted on the grills located in the courtyards only. Grilling on balconies, in hallways or other areas is strictly prohibited.

Fireworks: The discharge of any type of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Association property.

Swimming Pool / Other Facilities: All facilities open and close between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00pm. All rules are clearly posted and enforced. Glass objects of floating devices are not allowed. Music must be played at a low volume.

Activities: The use of roller blades, skateboards and roller skates is prohibited in the hallways, roadways and parking lots throughout the Myrtle Beach Resort.

Speed Limit: There is a resort wide speed limit which is a maximum of 15 m.p.h. which is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Penalties will be applied!

Violations of these rules and regulations may result in immediate termination of lease agreement, eviction and/or prosecution. Dial extension 1000 to report security violators.
