Rental Rates For 2007
Our rental rates include linens, towels, inspection, and cleaning after your departure.
Our condominium features heat and air conditioning, cable television, DVD
player, and telephone. Our personal kitchen items are available for your use
during your stay.
We are unable to warrant against electrical troubles or resort service
problems that occur and are beyond our control. Therefore, we will not
refund any rental rates for such uncontrollable situations.
There is no housekeeping service. You may wish to utilize the laundry room
on the property.
We, as well as the Resort, have the right to deny use or end occupancy if in
either of our opinions it is detrimental to us or the resort and its guests.

Rates include, Linens, Towels, cleaning after departure and inspection.
Rental week is considered Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals follow calendar days.
We do not offer bi-weekly rates. Daily rentals and rates may be offered at owners discretion.
