We want you to have a pleasurable and splendid vacation at your "home away from home" here in Myrtle Beach. Our simple rules will ensure that you are as happy as we are!

Adults and families are invited to enjoy our non-smoking condominium. Those who will be renting must be over the age of 23. Our condo will accommodate up to six guests.

Your vacation week is from Saturday to Saturday. If you rent on a monthly basis, the time period will equal the days of the calendar. If you have interest in a daily rental, please contact us to discuss your needs.

To confirm your reservation, we require a security deposit of $250.00. We must receive the remaining balance in full at least 30 days before you arrive. If the balance is not paid within this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and refund your deposits less a $25 processing fee.

If it is necessary for you to cancel your reservation, we will refund your total deposits, except for a $25.00 processing cost, as long as we receive your cancellation notice a minimum of 30 days before your intended arrival. Any cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival date will result in a loss of your deposits.

We do not provide a refund if you leave before your rental period is over.

We will return your security deposit within 30 days of your departure after the condominium is inspected and the original keys are returned.

We request that you abide by our non-smoking and no pets rules. We reserve the right to withhold return of your security deposit if these rules are not followed.

We accept only personal checks, bank checks and money orders.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. It is important that you bring proper identification with you in order to enter the resort.
